LSS has designed, developed and implemented
banking and financial management systems for ZECHL, Bank of Zambia, Zambia
National Commercial Bank, ZAMSEED, FRA, COMESA and has done annual
system audits for lending institutions such as AGORA and CETZAM. Other relevant
experience include the Lusaka City Council Revenue Management systems and
Ministry of Lands Systems that included receipting , banking interface including
DDACC; Government payroll (PMEC) for deduction of instalment payments to
institutions making claims for public service workers.
The Project Performance Monitoring System (PPMS) (WEB based)
for the Nacala Corridor project designed, developed and implemented by LSS provides
functions to capture base line, mid project and final project data. It also captures
routine data used to monitor performance of the projects and its impact on the
communities.

Funded project supported the enhancement of EMIS and Human Resource Management information System.
Generated the sizing guide for teacher requirements for schools that was approved
by Cabinet.

Support Project, BroadReach/Lusaka Systems Studio Consortium, Lusaka,

Builds and maintains the electronic health records (EHR) system for Zambia’s MOH
under a $12-million program which maximizing HIS applications to improve the
quality of client transaction data for evidence-based policy and decision-making.
Integrates EHR data at facility level to post directly into DHIS2, defining real-time
implementation prerequisites and standards. Incorporates health facility applications
into SmartCare beyond existing administrative, laboratory and pharmacy systems

DHIS Capacity Building Specialist, EU/Support to Immunization Governance in

Supported health workers in switching from a district vaccination data management
tool (based on Excel) to DHIS2 for the NPHCDA. Strengthened M&E roles and streamlined responsibilities between the NPHCDA and
health ministries at the federal, state and local levels, to eliminate duplicate tasks.
